yup, maybe they are keeping ammunition to bid for the land parcel at siglap. Should they emerge top, i am predicting that their share price will probably drop by another 20-30%.
There is a probability that Lee will privatise Sing Holdings. They have stop buying and with TOP of Waterwoods, a big portion of the company assets will be cash. With the opening of Downtown Line 2 later in the month, company might launch the remaining units of Robin Residences. Anyway Robin Residences is about half sold. Around less than 70 units left with 2 years remaining. They just need to sell 2-3 units per month(which they are achieving) and opening of DT line 2 will spur the sales.
