Thanks KBL,
Assuming Robin is 100% sold at 2100 PSF, the total expected sales revenue is 284.4M. Sing Holdings will recognise 30% immediately upon sales. This means 85.3 M of cash. In addition, I estimate Sing Holdings only needs abt 60M for the development of the Robin Site. Essentially, there is spare 25.3Mcash (approx. 6.3 cents/share) from the development.
Good afternoon every1

see earlier postings No 696 and No 702
and then compare the 2Q2013 and 3Q2013
They got like less than $10m cash in 2Q2013...collected around $300m in 3Q2013....hence b/s includes $100m cash, reduce debts and $160m receivables
interesting to see some volume of selling for the past few days...
either someone is pissed off and selling down, or that someone is shorting down the stock
or that
someone already have the access to the final year statement....which is lee might decides to reward himself well for a 'job well done- land cost is 44 cents yet share price 36.5 cents' while being 'conservative' with dividend payout
when the final year result is out...we will all get to know..........pray hard it is not the last scenario......

Hmm..
Reward for shareholder :
Final 1 cent + Special 0.5 cent per share. Total 1.5 cent per share.
Yes....
I guess shareholders will have to wait longerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....till they receive the receivables.....
they tone down their bonus....so I deemed it fair.....
2 more units of The Laurels sold.......
and.....
In view of the looming oversupply and restrictive financing policies in the local residential market, other than property development activities in Singapore, the Group will also explore property development and investment opportunities overseas.
anyway company can pride themselves for being in a 'top' band of high dividend yield......for even though dividend drops, share price drops even more.....
