Thank you Behappyalways san.

mkt don't like 3Q bonus(Administrative expenses increased in 3Q2013 due mainly to accrual for bonus based on the Group’s results for the period ended 30 September 2013.)

yesterday hse 1 throwing at 0.435 and 0.44. Today hse 12 & 5 selling.

<not a call to buy or sell>
I think mgmt. trying to smoothen the earnings because 4Q would only have income from rental. So bonus for 4Q should not be a lot because it (bonus) is spread out in 2Q and 3Q (hope so). If they manage to sell the remaining 4 units of The Laurels then it might breakeven in 4Q. If not then operating costs plus bonus plus costs related to Waterwoods launch might result in 4Q posting loss of a few millions.....

The Lees bought in Feb 2013 at 445.....Let's see if they continue to buy....

4Q results in Feb 2014-Will Boss Lee reward shareholders with a special fat dividend???
If I were him I would delist now at NTA or a bit higher to make sure company is delisted. Then he would get to keep Waterwoods' profit plus future profits from Robin....and Sing Holdings is really not benefitting from listing.....trading below NTA, SGX listing costs and minority shareholders like me making noise ^^. The Qualification Certificate is a major issue.....They bought Robin site about 2 years ago...so time is running out and who know if the Downtown Line would open on time.....

anyway market seems to poised downwards....so be careful with Buys unless you are really willing to sit tight.....

Imo, i think the mx is staying put on its goldmine site at robin. Its freehold n theres no hurry to launch it, esp in such weak market with so many garmen cooling measures.
Timing is of essence. With built up of robin at ard 130ksf, a good 1/4b of unrealised potential sits there. Waiting for right timing is of utmost importance. Even a 10% increase will mean a diff of 25m to the company.
I think this counter has to have at least mid term holding range
I picked up some shares this morning.. Seems to be value for money, the freehold site beside the upcoming stevens mrt is truly a goldmine. Will pick up more shares when it drops another 10-15%. I wont mind buying something cheap at an even lower price, heehee Smile
Unless they give a fat dividends of at least 5cts. Otherwise, Singhdgs has no price catalyst to rise above 50cts again. If I am the boss, I will buy some more shares around 43cts to 46cts. Then declare 5cts divds to reward myself & all shareholders in Feb 2014 next year. Then boss happy & all shareholders happy also (just a dream only). Haha!

Personal opinion only.
The last plot of land in Robin was bought on Dec 14 2011. So almost 2 years have passed......

Hi behappyalways,
So means singhldgs will need to dev n sell its robin sitr by 2011+5=2016.
Feel free to correct me.
Hmm..btw i scanned thru the div, first paid was in 2006. When was this company listed? Earlier than 2006?
Pardon me for my ignorance.
Smile
They need to complete the construction from the issue of QC in 5 years and 2 years after TOP.

If the issue of QC is based on the last plot of acquisition in Robin that meant they have about 3 years left to complete construction.

If based on the 1st plot of acquisition in Robin then the timeline is shorter......

Got to clarify with the management during the next AGM. The mgmt is holding on construction because they are still waiting for the master plan.
