Decent balance sheet with one of the worst managements. With the low share price, i bet the management will buy out the company at a cheapskate price. Existing shareholders ought to be careful.

As much as i dislike the management, i have to agree that robin residences has a wonderful location. With 2 mrt at its doorstep (the second one would be a few years later though), it would be very popular with expats if it were to be rented out. In fact, i wouldnt mind staying there also
but too bad the management suck and because they are running out of land, they would probably do some stupid thing to buy land at a high price pretty soon
Price is still not low enough because of the shity management. If it goes down to 23/24 cents, then i may consider making my entry
