I looked at singhldgs prev and here are my views in summarised form :
1) undervalued pb 0.57 - yes
2) pe below 10 - yes
3) 10 year dividend record - no
4) unskipped dividend - no ('09)
5) raised funds from shareholders - yes (2009)
6) discernible raised dividend trend thus far - no

Based on the above i will avoid singhldgs. No point even monitoring the sales from its projects.
Cos like specuvestor has alluded to which i concur, i am not satisfied by this fact that any benefits/profits to the company are translated to the minority shareholders adequately. In other words, the only person who will huat big big is the boss. Even if robin project sells like hot cakes, based on the past history, i am rather doubtful whether the the minor shareholders will be rewarded in tandem.

Lee family will continue to collect as much at a cheap price as possible, do a delist at the bottom of the market,
further than that, relist when market is buoyant again,

Finally see some action in this unloved counter today. Seems to have followed along with the sentiments of Keppel Land GO.

This thread has been quiet for a while.

From URA data, there have been 29 caveats lodged for Robin Residences. Average price is $2,299 psf.
