Unfortunately, he still remembers last year incident at the AGM where you tried to piss him of with your endless request for a share buyback. So he would take that into consideration when considering the amount of dividends to payout Big Grin

Boss Lee may surprise us all by declaring the same 0.75 cents dividend next week. Big Grin

to pay higher dividend, the company may need some loan. or they can pay higher dividend from its shareholder loan to "The Laurels".

The management is looking long term and rightly so. Hence, guess they won't be paying higher dividend as yes, the money is still in The Laurels and after that, maybe the 4 new sites which they may be launching.
Hence, no share buyback too as cash will be tied up in upcoming project.

Very good company BUT not for short-term investors.......
maybe $1 company in 5-6 years time.... but not now Smile

The bulk of the company's earning are from property so one could see the company as a property company(as for now). I believe the share price could continue to move up but personally I will not be greedy for this one....maybe 3X NTA which is 42 cents......just a number that flies out of my mind.....3X NTA compared to less than 1X NTA for the other average property counters....imagine Sing Holdings at 3x NTA or $1.20....would you sell? ^^)

I feel it is a bit high right now...but given the bullish market plus the "good news" such as spin-off, "good property take-up" rate,
my view is to let it ride for a while ....3 to 6 mths......
Got the shares since those times when aspiral was trading at 90 cents (before the shares split and etc etc etc), so, think i can afford to wait for a while Smile
