result for 3Q2013 will be close to breakeven because most of the revenue from The Laurels has been accounted for, and the company incurred some costs due to the launch of Waterwoods EC. But big $$$ will be coming in due to collections from The Laurels in 3Q2013....in 4Q2013, the company will also receive $$$ from Waterwoods EC even though there would not be any revenue recognition from Waterwoods.

For example if average psf is $750psf for Waterwoods and taking 500,000 gross floor area, the total sales proceed will be around $375m and most probably they will be collecting 10-20% of this total sale proceeds in 4Q2013 depending on the sales and the average price psf.

Waterwood sounds really nice name. Makes me think the location is inside the woods with sounds of flowing water from waterfall or river. Good fengshui

So it looks likely that Sing Holdings avg selling price is around 760-765 psf, guess its EPS from this project is slightly lower than expected. Behappy: What is your opnion of the take up rate of the EC units, will it be good? Also have you visited the showflat?

If you notice the advertisements in the newspaper, the wording Water is blue in colour while wood is brown.....they use blue and brown colours for the advertisements...Woods(Trees) with Water will grow ^^ you can check the Waterwoods' website.

If the 3 bedroom starts from $790kk or $765psf then those higher floors will be price higher(per psf). So average price might turn out to be higher...
