However, most of my questions were answered with the release of FY results

Behappyalways, you sounds happy and optimistic after receiving boss Lee reply. Maybe I should also write one to him.
Maybe we should all write in separately as well
I am thinking if we could all draft a copy asking for capital distribution and share buyback. All of those who have shares in Sing Holdings would use the draft and forward it privately to Sing Holdings while we tally the number of senders in this forum. We can see if we can get 100 people. I can get around 5-6 person.

Even if the management refuses to do so. If we cc to Straits Times and Business Times. Then outside parties will know that there are lots of unhappy minority shareholders in Sing Holdings. Maybe we can get some big outside parties coming into Sing Holdings.

No need 10%. Send an email to the BD(cc to BT & ST) with 100 shareholders signatures should be enough.

Looks like most probably today will close below 36 cents.
Well, the downside is likely to be pretty low, as it will be at 0.6 PTB, unless we have a repeat of 2008 crisis, which does not seem to be on the horizon.

There is likely to be a mini upswing, around their dividend ex date, so, can look at this price for a good entry point and then, hopefully, around 5 to 10 years down the road, there comes an exit opportunity.

I have outlined the logic in this post.

Hmm, It's been 4 years. The share price is going nowhere, it's even under water for me.
Probably will be like this in the next 4 years.
As specuvestor often said : asset, business, structure.
Asset => excellent
Business => ??
Structure => ?????

<still vested, much reduced now, not a call to buy or sell>

My sentiments exactly... I'm glad at least one person understood what I'm trying to say Smile

My guess is that if anything, watch the structure side for any catalyst than drool on the asset

Eventually close at 36 cents. The lucky few managed to buy at 35.5 cents.
I have been holding this stock for almost 3 years and I am rather disappointed Confused

If there is no resolution for shares buyback or capital distribution in the coming AGM, I will be looking to sell out and put my $$ in other property counters that have better catalyst in the coming year.
for every investor in Sing Holdings, you should ask yourself what you would do if you are the controlling shareholder?

Will you do a buyback or capital distribution? What's the benefit or harm if the share price is high/low?

If you know the answer, you will know what you should do with it.
