There is a Private residential property transactions with caveats lodged from URA website for "The Laurels" on June 2012

THE LAURELS CAIRNHILL ROAD Condominium 1 3,880,000 1,281 Strata 3,029 Jun-12

Hopefully, it's a new sale and not a sub-sale transaction. S$3.88 million for a 1.281 psf of condo. We'll know the result by 15th of this month.

my side, including friends & relatives, around 1100 lots, i m serious, not talking cock

Me and my friends have 3500lots in total. Still got shortfall of 35.4k lots.

We need 10% to requisite for EGM in accordance with companies act.

i think we need a total of around 40k lots to achieve 10%

The person who can help us is the boss of Samko Timber. He has 5%.
