I doubt that.
The easiest one, share buyback that can increase shareholders value, is refused to be done. Let alone the hardest one : to deslit and return cash.
Hi Behappy,
Wont that mean a majority of Waterwoods EC of units 4-5 Bedroom units are "unsellable", since they are selling in the region of 1 Mil and more. This is because family earning 10k income have to put in a 40% down payment, and take the remaining on loan.
one simple question to ask in the next AGM to Lee is what value he has created for minority shareholders after 3 years abet rising bonus for himself and management.......
Good noon Cyclone san, Behappyalways san and All.
As long as Boss Lee dont buy any land for the next 6months.
Slim but possible...to GO/delist-*Cheap*.

Boss Lee is still very eager to replenish land bank though. Failed bids for 2 plots of land in Jul this year

Good noon kbl san and All,
Anyone knows how they calculate the bonus - how they pop up with that amount ? Thanks.
yes under the old EC rules....he is not buying into the luxury market so Lee was trying to look into the EC market and punggol EC was his first try.......but now....looks like nothing to play ^^
As for delisting...need to monitor how the Waterwoods and launch of Robin Residences.....see how the sales go.....if Robin Residences is bad.....he might want to hug 'minority shareholders'....if good then maybe go it alone....the qualification certificate is a concern.....
by the way last purchase by lee and his family was in Feb 2013 at $0.445. I am sure the company is worth much more than a year ago

today got an article/interview in the new EC curb.
My CEO says buyer should take a closer look at that resale property or new project/condo with reasonable psf.

This increase the quantum of the housing unit price. Sing holdings should stay in their niche of luxuryand not consider going into the mass market units unless they are willing to change their philosophy.
This is because mass market property buyers are more price sensitive given the prevailing govt regulations and their limited income
There is a maximum number of units one can build on the EC plot.
"reasonable psf", that is what everyone is looking for!
