Can someone ask Boss Lee & ID what is the Fair Value of Sing Holdings this afternoon AGM?

In march the company was looking at a london property for rental income. Not sure if it is still in discussion. Seems like the company will try to go for a higher proportion of income from rental. They mention that they would sell biz tech units if price is good
Robin Residences to be launched soon. If sales are as good as Tuan Sing's Cluny Park Residence, there is justification for Sing Holdings to hit 55cents again Big Grin

Robin Residences should do well if priced correctly. (Robin Residences is a 134 units freehold condo)

They have 200m shares supporting them.... That's already 50% of the issued cap. Not wise to be too confrontational.....

Since headwinds encountered in local sg market for property development, looking for recurring incomes via rentals...etc is a logical move..

Will take time for management to chart their next direction.
