Well we are seeing some results already. share price up now and I believed those shortist reading the forum is short covering.

In Apple vs Icahn case, Apple obliged but not to the full extent as requested by Icahn but do so to get him off their backs. will we see the same here?? My gut feel is that company will oblige since the cost of doing it is miniscule compared to the cash.

I wonder if SIAS can match VB's effectiveness in mobilizing minority shareholders.

I keep my finger cross but hope that management will do a share buyback. If they oblige, I am sure the price will go up. Personally I would increase my holdings if the management announces a share buyback.

Shouldn't the letter be copied to the press?

I thought we have done a very good job. It all started with

With this unofficial launch, we managed to sell about 40 units (40 names) out of the 100. We did it all in just 5 days. There may be more people who have sent the email, just that they may not have signed up at valuebuddies to do the updating.

Well done people, if there's any other situation involving minority shareholders in the future, i will also try to do my bit to support

Very encouraging teamwork...but seriously I wonder if the boss bother to give a damn to this...or the emails were screened and not even reach him...

If minority shareholders own only 11.76% of the total number of the shares, then i will agree with you, there is really little hope

However, from AR2012, 61.76% of the shares lie in the hands of the public. If enough people read about this and take the action to send the email, it will amount to something.
