if only the Boss dares to buy all the way to 36cts as extra vote of confidence in his own company. Funds would be more interested to push it beyond 40cts.

it's really very strong volume compared to history. maybe boss sold an overvalued penthouse to a foreigner and intends to reinvest in his own company instead.. lol

Boss Lee owns 10 properties in the Laurels. All of them bought during the Launch at average of 2750psf

So Boss lee alrdy made loads of money from the Laurels.

As The Laurels approaches TOP, the company would be left with cash, office units and plot of land in Robin. The plot of land in Robin would also be launched soon which meant further cash and profit.....So hang on to your investment.
