1.3million is the largest amount of shares for a single transaction made by Boss Lee Big Grin He has also promised shareholders that Sing Holdings balance sheets can only gett better and better at AGM! Big Grin

This year, Aspial issues bonus share, Hong Fok issues bonus share, now Roxy Pacific also issues bonus share and all their share prices jump, .....hopefully the next company will be Sing Holdings. Still waiting......

You all should look at the top 20 shareholders list at the back of the annual report. If you are observant, you will know whatelse to do Smile
I have checked the back of the annual report.
The total shares issued as at March 2012 and 2011 was the same at 400,994,652. The percentage of shareholding held in the hands of the public had increased from 58.80% to 60.35% between March 2012 and 2011. This suggests some big boys had quitted and sold to the hapless public?
