Agreed, It's more likely to be $2,820 instead of $2,280

Why the big fuss over the 2280 psf? Its correct because that unit includes an UNENCLOSED space of around 580sqf. Its a penthouse unit.

No, the penthouse is NOT inferior in anyway ok. Sing Holdings dont sell inferior products to their customers.
