My guess nothing going to happen till update on the Robin site and launch of Waterwoods.

The national day rally...let's see if PM announces anything on housing....the ECs quite hot these day......and maybe the masterplan will come out pretty soon after the rally

don't worry lah...if u notice the AM fraser report on Sing Holdings...if plot ratio double then RNAV will go up by another 10-15 cents and once waterwoods is launched (hopefully at a higher price) then discount to RNAV will reduce
