I think the website has been up for some time. This shows that the company already knows by now the hotel will TOP on time .

Would expect another massive buyback ahead of Alex Hotel TOP in mid 2015 .

The website is up for awhile but not for order.

Now is open for order - May 15 onward:
Let's grab : just S$ 152 onward!

Currency wise also a huge drop if capital goes back.to usa, usa is the largest investor in au with china almost catching up last year

The gov there may be clamping down on foreign money coming from China

Australia's interest rates going up? You clearly have no clue what you are talking about. The bias for RBA right now is for a further cut in rates but they have held off in their most recent meeting to avoid risking further expansion in housing credit. Part of the boost to housing demand in the last few years have been due to the record low borrowing rates. You are talking about a market where the long-term borrowing rates are closer to 6% (this is the cash rate btw and mortgage rates are higher). With cash rates at 2.25% with a bias for a further cut in the near term, I don't see how the market will get a big hit from interest rates.

Rest of your statements are so generic that I won't even bother to comment.

Thanks for your apt reply. I was also puzzled about the statement about aussie interest rates.

Did a google and the news are interesting. http://www.cnbc.com/id/102402995#. Its congruent with what you mentioned. Apparently, there is even risk of property in australia facing speculative pressures due to the lower interest rates. Idea
LOL that was a rhetoric question.

all the time.....
While I am not vested in CES, there are some clones at play. Sadly, the quality of this forum is being tarnished by those clones. What a sad sight. Forum moderator, with adequate evidence, should ban them to keep our robust discussion moving forward.
The price has increased from around $0.40 in 2010 to almost $1 currently, representing a CAGR of almost 20%, excluding the substantial dividends received. How can we consider this as remaining stagnant?

Of course, if you look carefully at the price chart, the price of CES was indeed range-bound for certain periods in the above-mentioned timeframe. But as investors, we should always have a longer-term view. Remember, in the short term the market is a voting machine, but in the long term the market is a weighing machine.

Good point teletubby... Hopefully we can see ces climbing up to $1.10 level soon...
