Looks like market correction is imminent... we may be able to catch this gem at 0.90 or below soon... if full blown recession were to happen.. probably around 0.45 or below...

One can go and check the NAV of CES and Ho Bee back then . Price to NAV or RNAV ratio was too ridiculously high. ( price to NAV was X times , where X >> 1)
Now, most property counters are trading at a fraction of their NAV or RNAV , with the exception of a few counters , eg Wee Hur
More privatization might be on the card ...
