From last month caveat:

Name Total Sold
Fulcrum@Fort Road 128 17
Shop @ Alexandra Central 116 114
Junction9 - Commercial 146 145
Junction9 -Residence 186 170

New caveat data wait until next week.
Fulcrum should be launched in 2nd half...

Not sure whether it would sell like hot cake because of its good location...

Does anyone have any idea how much of nine residence and Junction 9 profits might have already been recognized to date?
This might give us a better idea of how much remaining profit will be recognized in 2015.

CHIP ENG SENG: Strong share buyback despite price uptrend
Does anyone know how much profits can be reaped from the Doncaster project?

tks.
The next insight article seems to be implying that they are skeptical about its performance too after CEO and Big shareholder Tan leaves.

An undervalued gem indeed..
Was the company foolish to buy 4.8mil of shares at 97 to 98 cents, well knowing that share price will drop back at XD?
But I think if it drop back at XD, it still save paying out dividend. Anyway buying back share is a positive move as a whole.

I do not know why people generally think the top guy leave, the next man deputy takeover must be lousier than him. Maybe investor may think there are conflict, but should a CEO stay till he go the way of our founding father of Singapore? Sometimes and many a time, the real hero is always the guy below, the top guy just put up an act.
