Andy Luong selling again....

21.99% -> 20.25%

This is really bad then..
When CEO still reducing stakes after such a massive share plunge...
Somethings is definitely not right...
That day after announce Andy sold 10k lots, price up 1.5ct to 69ct. Then announce AMAT sold 2k+lots, price down 10ct. Did i remember correctly? Pl correct me if wrong
Nop it was announced this Monday evening. Both AMAT and Andy sold the Friday before. So on Monday UMS went up as they didn't sell any shares. On Tuesday it went down as a result of Monday evening announcement. And today new announcement that Andy sold more shares yesterday. Pretty sure he also did the same thing today. 18M share traded so probably sold a few more millions...
Strange that Andy needs so much cash suddenly....Assuming if the company is still stable, he must be damm tight on cash since he is selling shares every other day....

Yesterday vol also quite strange, initially the price went down and stable but suddenly afternoon the 2nd waves selling started again.. push it all the way down to 59.5...

today price rather flat, but the price trying to go higher few times...

if Andy wanna unload so much, why dun he one time unload say half all his holdings instead of a little bit here a little bit there.. DodgyDodgy

sure u can call or email them but answer or not.. another question..
He sold the shares at an average of 62.57c on Mon. He probably had sold the stock all the way down to 60c level assuming that he started selling in the morning.

If he had sold his shares through married deals or shares placement, he could have sold it at only 5-10% discount at about 65c and still get a decent price.

I hope I don't offend anyone by saying this but some early investors might had "got used" to insiders offloading huge chunks of shares over the past few years so this time round, it's just another one of those "it's Andy selling shares again" day. But for those who had not done your homework and bought the shares because the price look cheap, dividend yield is high and industry prospects are good, then it's time that you do your own diligence.

Are you convicted enough to buy more when the prices drop another 10-20%? If you are not, then you should not be vested in the first place.
Perhaps a new SSH may emerge. The float is not big. If both As sell like that,who had been buying up? I will stay vested, but won't buy anymore until situation clearer. Don't overinvest in a stock. Even if one had done due diligence, also cannot forsee those recent sales one. Or else, we would have sold before the 2 As, tio boh? Problem is the roughly 2 days lag between announcement n actual sales. That's life for an ikan bilis
