Of course! Of course! Silly me. Big Boys. i can also see from my trades.

i definitely won't buy now. Joking only. i actually bought 5 lots of Far east hotel reits @ 0.99cents. i bought it for dividends for my MOL. She will take all the dividends but i will bear or take the capital losses or gains. That is her capital is guaranteed 100%. i am not sure i am fair to her. Please comment.TongueBig Grin

She will have the honour to be remembered by our future generations forever. I had sold almost all my holding , leaving a small stake.

It is time for exit and waiting for a next entry opportunity.

Yes! As long as you make some money, you shall not regret even if the market peaks much later. Not to be trapped by the bear is as important unless you are holding some company you think can keep on growing & growing for the next 10 years or more. If you find one please share. But you must guarantee it. No? Ha! Ha!

I had also sold all my holdings in SPH just before XD. Based on past trends, the share price will usually drop a lot more than the dividends paid. But this year, the market appears to be very rational and the XD price drop is almost similar to the 17cents dividend. Could be either the management sharebuy back or that there is a broad based rally going on.

Either way, I am also looking for a next entry opportunity.

Mr Market is always unpredictable in short-term (of days or weeks) Tongue

In longer-term (of months), in my view, it is likely an adjustment which will provide the entry opportunity.

After necessary due diligence, the rest is all on Mr Market mood...Big Grin

A lot of people knows about Value Investing since the days of Benjamin Graham but Value Investing still works....Cool
Current price appears to be supported by Shares Buy-Back (I'm surprised they're buying back now when they could have been more aggressive at lower prices some months back!). There's also this current market infatuation with Yield stocks... see how long this'll last... especially since the govt kept forecasting economic weakness going forward... Tongue
