Hi, everyone
From your experience, if we subscribe the IPO on 22/7 before noon via ATM, when will the access funds be returned to our bank account;
1. if successful?
2. if unsuccessful?
I have not subscribed for new shares for a long time.

Funds are returned the very night the results are out.

Thank you for your reply. But when will the results be out then? 22/7 or 23/7 in SPH REIT's case?

Guess you are planning to apply for both SPH Reit and OUE eh?
Since the SPH Reit closes on 22nd noon, results will only be announced on 23 Jul night....... that means ur funds will only be returned on 23rd.

While this is the usual case, I've encountered once when my money was returned close to the 14 days limit specified in the prospectus. I called CDP and my bank, but no one knew what was holding up.
There is NO guarantee you'll get your refund on the same day as the ballot result. Bear this in mind when you plan your cash flow.
SPH Reit Prospectus Wrote:Where an application is not successful, the refund of the full amount of the application monies to the applicant, is expected to be completed, at his own risk within 24 hours after balloting.
Where an application is accepted in full or in part only, any balance of the application monies will be refunded to the applicant, at his own risk, within 14 Market Days after the close of the Offering.
