SINGAPORE (May 21): Pollux Properties said earnings for FY15 ended March surged ninefold to $2.1 million from $0.2 million a year ago.
Group revenue rose 57.1% to $37.9 million from $24.1 million.
This comprises Metro Loft Residences, Garden Park Residences, Berkeley Residences and Mayfair Residences with percentage of completion at 62%, 46%, 51% and 10% respectively.
