How are these properties going to be injected (to borrow a phrase) into Pollux? At what price what terms? Can't be injected for free, right?

Good bro, you must be teasing me.

If Nico were to inject these assets in a billion dollar reverse takeover, it will require a team of highly trained professional in the assets valuation and book building. This question is too complicated for me to answer, but you can see that the share price is artificially suppressed in order not to jeopardize the RTO, in my opinion.

Good bro, many of these assets are currently under construction or pending finalization, how to sell as REITs?

Now Nico would need to do a RTO in Singapore so that he can place out shares to raise fund to fuel all these mega projects. To borrow from bank would be the last resort, as you are effectively working free for the bank.

Good bro, if you want to buy a company share to become a major shareholder, do you want to buy cheap or buy expensive?

After RTO, when he and his associates gain control of the company, then ramp up the share price to place out more to other late comer.
