Pollux Indonesia is going by the leaps and bounds and growing at a astonishing pace. No doubt, the marketing and communication team had a done a great jobs in targeting and attracting buyers, not much is being done on the investors' front. By sharing those updates available online and combining into a single thread, it will be easier for shareholders looking for an update.

Still waiting patiently for the corporate announcement and hope it come with a big bang and WOW all investors.

Pollux Properties has roughly 70mil of debt and interest rates are definitely picking up faster than before. This translates to higher financing costs unless the CEO, Mr Nico Po could extend a interest-free loan indirectly using Pollux Treasures Pte Ltd. Perhaps, this is why the share price stabilised somewhere around 6.8 cts lately.

In 1H2015, we can already see 92.8% increase in financial costs.... I intend to lower my stakes because lack of management communications too.

In FY014, he extended a $8mil interest-free loan. Left 4 Mayfair Residences units on the market now.

Any guess why would Mr Nico Po wants to buy so many shares? It is already quite illiquid.
