Ya Pollux results not expected to be fantastic for now. The main profit will come from Pavillion Square shops which will be booked as 1 time figure bcos of accounting rules.
But Pollux says its service Apt at Ganges Avenue will be ready 1H next year. I think the cost per room everything in is less than $400,000. Compare this to report that the bidder for the hotel site at nearby Havelock Road will cost it more than $800,000 per room to build plus land cost.
But still awaiting news of RTO which will be main story if it happen.[/align]

What is your best guess on the 2H net profit from the 20% booking fee from Pavilion Square and proceeds other projects?
Let's cross our fingers, arms, legs & eyes and hope the RTO do take place. LOL
I learned that Garden Park residences is left with 5 or 6 units. Not bad, 29 out of 36 units sold.
The other 2 projects just launched so sales figure not high yet.
Pavillion shops cannot book profit till TOP I think. The condo maybe can.
