Theoretically RTO price can be high or low relative to current mkt price . just adjust the shares to be issued and post RTO share consolidation. Depends on how much Nico wants to be generous to the minority shareholders.

Good bro, if Nico were to inject these billion dollars of NEW assets in a RTO, it will results in issuance of billions of new shares for himself and perhaps a few of his associates/cornerstone investors. Probably a couple/tens of millions new shares to the public.

Current Pollux shares may constitute less than 10% after issuance of new shares. As of how many hundred millions/billions shares and at what price, I do not have a clue.

Alright. Sounds like a massive dilution. How can the minorities be protected? Put it in another way, how can this be good to the minorities?

Good bro, you never see a RTO and how the share price fly?

Investors are buying into the company's future prospect and earning ability. Institutional funds and cornerstone investors are no fools to invest hundreds of millions for the placement shares. If the RTO do take place, you think they will let the share price sink?

PS: Injection of new assets would results in multi-folds increase in total assets post acquisition, aka upsizing Pollux from a small developer to a significant player.

Isn't Pollux the result of an RTO (fka Shining)? I didn't see the price fly. So is this now the 2nd RTO? by the same major shareholder? I don't know how this will work. Will it fly?

That's why I need more education from people like you. Thanks for your active contribution to this thread.

Former mini RTO of Shining is just buying a ticket to the seat, without any significant injection of assets. Back then if Nico never secure a seat in SGX, now they will be held ransom by whichever shell company (wanting a big cut) if they want to do a backdoor listing. By acquiring Pollux Singapore, it just make their listing work so much easier. Plan Big, Think Far!

Btw, I don't know why an expert like you would like any education from me. LOL!

PS: As usual, anything posted is just my speculation and for sharing purposes only. Not a buy call.

Nico is an astute businessman with great foresight, capability and wide connection.

You think he is contented to let Pollux's share price to remain range bound between 7 ~ 9 cents, while earlier he had spent 21.75 millions to acquire Pollux shares at 13 cents a piece.

Nico had recently made an interest-free unsecured loan of S$16,000,000 to Pollux Singapore through Pollux Botero Pte. Ltd. He can definitely push up the share price if he want to, so what's stopping him?
