U must know that no 1 will get a -rep for being "no resourceful" or have no contribution. If anyone here does -rep a person for being not knowledgeable in investing, it will reflect on himself.
Every1 here can contribute and no 1 is a rubbish. I may not have deep info on investing in yzj, but if u put me in printing sector i can tell u some insight info.

As usual to me YZJ is not a value stock even at $1 closing. It just has too much debt that I think given any shock to liquidity it may find it hard to pay back or to maintain the interest without cutting dividends.
So far it does sound like Ren is becoming guiltier by the day. But it could be the beginning of a can of worms, don't forget there is not much transparency on the HTM loan books which is a big part of the company now, its almost as though YZJ is running a shadow bank for shipping industry.
So for things we can't value properly, we should apply margin of safety, however with S-chips, unless you have someone on the inside, no margin of safety can help.

I spend little time on VB over weekends. I have just login now, and there are things happening in this thread. Thanks cyclone for the quick actions.
The last thing we want, is VB becoming another "flaming" sites. I will pay more focus on newbies, and will be more strict on their behaviour.

I cannot help but wonder at how young the CFO was (33 years old in 2009). A quick search revealed that she joined as deputy CFO in June 2008. She must have had some connections or simply a wunderkid, to become CFO of a 1.5billion market cap company at a pretty tender age of 33 years old.
For a company with about RMB 15 billion investment fund, CFO is a key person. She joined in 2008, when the HTM investment was just started. It is conceivable that she played a instrumental role for the success of the HTM investment to date.
I didn't manage to talk to her, but listened to her reply to shareholders queries. She can communicate well in English, focus, down to earth, and well verse on financial matter (of course
). She remind me of M1 CEO Karen Kooi...
So far, She is up to the task, in fact, I will say with flying colors.
