Hmm so true that in the short term, the market works like a voting machine (i.e. noises which affect share price fluctuations causing panic among people) and they would have forgotten the true purpose of value investing which is highly advocate in this forum. Just how many buddies here stand true to what they study from the world's greatest investors, that in the long run, the market works like a weighing machine which reflects the true value or the intrinsic value of the stock an individual invested in. Only one can judge for himself if he is an investor of good business or a speculator of stock prices. If the former is what you aim to be, then I would suggest to master the mentality first before even jumping into the market because luck changes owner from time to time. (Not Vested)

YZJ is a creditor not a debtor. The debtor has a stink reputation, just baiu it, it has a number of ligiatation pending. YZJ is not short o cash like Eratat, in fact, it has too much.
YZJ is not the original creditor , it is guolianxintuo. It might be unwise to take over this debt, but hey, that yZJ has HTM is long story.
My speculation again is:
I never doubt it's business will survive, but I do fear a fall in price like what has happened.
It's quite obvious it is the debtor that tried to wriggle its way out of its own predicatement.
YZJ long silence, remind me of CMZ, follow by a robust rebuttal. A contract is a contract, as long as legally signed.
Even if YZJ lose the battle, highly unlikely that there wil be criminal prosecution.

My personal opinion
In this forum, there's a conspiracy, if you don't agree with them, they will rate you negative. I am honest so far, but check who rated me negative, so many unscrupulous people here. They just want you to think everything is fine, nothing bad will happen to yzj, so they can sell their shares to you!
