why is it considered spamming ?
if you like a stock, be it vested or yet to be vested, you need to follow every piece of the news closely.
what you considered as spam, is a mountain of knowledge and insights to others.

obviously you all are vested on FCL
but can you guys stop spamming on this counter everyday???

I'm coming to this forum less and less, you guys are only interested in promoting your own stocks

No offence, however, I beg to defer, they are constantly updating information & news regarding the counter to keep those vested in loop and updated. I don t see this as spamming. The definition of sppamming: The act of chatting gibirish and irrelevant indiscriminately. I dont see how their comments are of any irrelevancy. Instead IMO i view this as their effort to constantly keeping the majority in loop of the current market condition, i respect that

I refer to merriam-webster dictionary, spamming means "e-mail that is not wanted" or "e-mail that is sent to large numbers of people and that consists mostly of advertising"

First of all, GG and me are not brokers, thus not advertising. Secondly, analyst reports and company news are relevant input for investor, thus shouldn't be unwanted.

In conclusion, those posts are not spamming.

A reminder, there are ignore list for you to ignore us.

Wow I am continuously amazed by your lack of memory or gratitude. (see below bolded)

As CityFarmer pointed out, you can put them on the ignore list or just ignore the thread altogether. IMHO those who update prices and one liners are more likely to be spammers than those who posts info.

so like to catch falling knife right hahahaha

your stake is sooo diluted

buy more yangzijiang, buy more hankore yeah hahahahahaha
If more pp behave like u and like to gloat at other's failure, who will want to share their stock pick here? And the verdict is not out yet so YZJ and Hankore still stand a chance. Anyway i think CF bought them at low prices. Even if he chose to sell he still earn a decent profit.

Its good that we have people that share their ideas
just that I dislike people bragging about how much they bought their stock and try to influence others to buying too
he bought at 10 and 11 cents, so its $1.00 and $1.10
a far cry from whats gonna be a 70 cents stock hahahaha

rest in peace

Brag? So I presume yours is a valid humble brag. Do your own due di is the mantra of this forum.

If they were posting updates related to FCL in non-FCL threads, you can accuse them of spamming.

And you have a choice not to click on the FCL thread.

We have noticed that the negative rating has been abused, in a few occasions. The reputation point is an important tool to ensure the effectiveness of our forum, and shouldn't be undermined.

After a chat among moderators, we decided to temporarily disable the feature of negative rating, to all, including admin and moderators, with immediate effect. We will monitor the situation to decide further action.

The last round of abuses have been moderated.

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with your views. I find GG's posts on FCL useful & informative, not spam.
Just a bystander opinion: let's move on.

I find the articles posted informative even though im not vested. Probably I missed the boat as well.

There's also a viable solution for valuemaster to filter the posts away.

Looking forward to more discussion on stocks and investments! Smile

Cheers.

Just curious:

Is it possible to ban a person forever using IP address or something technical? It's quite obvious a bloke banned has re-emerged using another nick.

While everyone should be given another chance in life, but having the ability to ban a person forever should be more effective in ensuring proper participation in the forums.

Some of the attempts to "manipulate" the investor sentiments as well as vulgarities/defamatory remarks are clearly not very welcome.
