It is conviction to me. GG has provided logical information. Notice that he hardly mentioned about movement in stock prices...

If you have alternative developments on FCL and new business updates and insights, you are welcome to share here.
GG, my words come true today! 1.820 being hit! How cool is that!

Nothing... I just focus on Towkay Charoen's business strategy.

He has locked in all the funding that he planned to raise.

He has already started the ball rolling on going asset light and recycling the money into new value accretive projects.

He is still selling off his development properties.

The yield on the shares remain intact.

He still controls 88.2% of fcl and presumably needs to eventually unload to lighten his burden.

He is the main driver. If anything, he should be more concern over the perceived high gearing than anyone of us but he remains as steady and steadfast as ever executing his business strategies...

I m not a ticker investor. I focus on business strategies being rolled out. My costs was below $1.6 and I have already collected 3 dividend distributions. This investment remains firmly on track and in line with my 10% pa targeted returns with dividend running around 4.7% at current levels. So for 10% annual returns, i just need the share price to appreciate 5.3%.

Towkay steady, I steady. No worries.

Agree with GG and Contrarian. This is value forum. We should focus on business strategy and heads up on potential unidentify risk rather than price movement challenge.. no value and no end. As for ILG, not sure why u invest on the company that u not comfortable with.. noticed that u hv self declared from not vested to vested week ago.
As a man, we should practise 'no cheating', 'dun take advantage of ppl' and ' always remember ur friends'.
Dear sQQs,

From the start, I have been focusing on the share price movement rather than the value of FCL if you read my post carefully. I never have doubt about FCL's ability to grow, but the share price's movement is an issue I realize. Since you have already mention "week ago", which is a time period for any human being to perform anything they would like to do. Why can't I sell FCL's shares completely and invest in other sector and later after some consideration, buy back a small quantity of FCL's shares during this week? Smile

Vested little nia!

VB encourages posting on fundamentals, rather on price movement. Please take note. VB is a forum of value investing after all.
