Regret i accepted their offer. Now i cannot sell in the open market.

Looks like I have one less headache i.e. need not think thru' the diff options now. Still hoping helplessly for Tiong Woon ...

Oh well, may not be a bad thing to resplenish war chest, rather than continue to get stuck.

Lim family's Hupsteel offer crosses 90% mark, declared unconditional

THE founding Lim family's voluntary conditional cash offer for steel trader Hupsteel has received valid acceptances representing 90.013 per cent in the mainboard-listed firm as at 5pm on Wednesday, Hupsteel announced in a regulatory filing that night.

This has taken it over the minimum 90 per cent needed to succeed, and the offer has accordingly become unconditional.....

Interestingly, Hupsteel released its FY2019 Full Year Results yesterday evening.

NAV : 135.49 cents  vs   $1.20 offer price.
No dividend declared this year, however, 1c(Final) + 1c(Sp) declared for corresponding period last year.
