yes, this counter must be very patient... its recent eps not negative is already a good surprise...
with its stable of freehold ppties and land, near 1/3 of its current share price in cash and no debt, i think its just playing a waiting game.
look at its share buybacks...the company seems to feel so also.

This is because company decides to conserve cash and not to give out interim dividend. Few pp likes to hold a counter which does not give out dividends, not to mention buying it. If Hup has maintained its dividend, i believe it will be in the range 26 cents. Asia Ent Hold's price is doing well when it maintained its dividend.

personally i find hup more exciting than asiaent. the latter just gia lui. the former got lots of unlocked potential...
