Not sure. I sensed the fear in the market a few weeks ago. Didn't know it is still lingering.

Anyways, hope this can continue in a meaningful scale.

I think Reits along with stable high yield shares had a good run up for the past 1.5 years without a meaningful correction. What goes up must come down. Can only keep fingers crossed its just a correction.

Perhaps you know from past experiences that it's times like now that gives you a good chance to increase your Net Worth in the longer term?? Yes, I'm only guessing that by first deploying the emergency fund as a first step and then for the 2nd step, to do some switching of low-beta (pardon me for the use of non Value jargon) stocks to high beta ones, this has helped you do bigger jumps in your Net Worth later on??

Yes sir! Nera, Sats and wingtel did not drop much and they made up 75% of my stock portfolio.
