I wonder if anybody here studied this company. To play the large wave of urbanization in PRC, it seems interesting to me.
Taifook did a report on it in october 2010. I am a bit confused with what they say about coming div.
To me, at HK$1,36 today, it is still interesting, but without any margin of safety. With a correction at about HK$1,2, I would probably buy.

The company was delisted in late 2016 by privatisation and cash offer at $2.71 per share to investors .

The shares were offered at $0.82 by IPO listing in 2010 and so long term investors should have made a decent profit.
