I wonder if anybody here studied this company. To play the large wave of urbanization in PRC, it seems interesting to me.
Taifook did a report on it in october 2010. I am a bit confused with what they say about coming div.
To me, at HK$1,36 today, it is still interesting, but without any margin of safety. With a correction at about HK$1,2, I would probably buy.
Now you can buy , as during last 3 months the share price has tumbled and closed at $1.13 on friday 4th Mar.
