Here's my portfolio

CoryPortfolio link.

Comparison to STI YTD on base gains from 1st Jan'17 till now : 11.4% if exclude bond/ps

Raised about 8% cash from portfolio for Warchest
Expense Ratio 0.46%

About 40% Reits/Trusts - Benefited from this year run up. I like reits because the business is much easier for me to understand.
This do no mean is easier to run the business. I feel oil price play a big factor than interest rate. While there is retail space challenges, it is not Armageddon.
There is still good money to be made from it in well managed with integrity management.

Did a plunge on GLP quite late, with 75% confidence this Feb, and 20% rewarded as I feel good chance of 15% premium over NAV + some more on network effect premium.

Cut loss on halcyon - no longer in portfolio as I find it is lightly traded commodity counter that can be easily "manipulated" even by a small timer.
Also it has one time gain in it's operation and good result did not even translate to better price.

Intergrated Hui Tong Trading Co Ltd 中经汇通贸易有限公司
Posted by: Poupee - 18-10-2016, 07:21 PM - Forum: Others - No Replies

I was recently recommended to invest in crude oil spot trading (原油现货) via the following Hong Kong company.

Intergrated Hui Tong Trading Co Ltd
中经汇通贸易有限公司

CR number: 2338018

Website: http://www.hkzjjr.com/

To invest in crude oil spot trading, I was advised to transfer my desired capital amount in USD to the following bank account of the abovementioned trading company.

收款銀行:Hang Seng Bank  Limited

收款銀行地址:  83 Des Voeux  Road Central,Hong  Kong .

SWIFT代號:HASEHKHH

銀行代號:010522

收款名稱:INTERGRATED  HUI  TONG TRADING CO.,LIMITED

收款賬戶796-077527-883

As I am a Singaporean, I have no extensive knowledge of the abovementioned trading company. I am also currently permanently located in Singapore.

Could anybody help to verify if this trading company is licensed and authorised to facilitate spot trading of crude oil for its clients? What credit rating is currently given to this company? Are the abovementioned bank account details of the company accurate? What kind of protection is put in place to safeguard the deposits of Singaporean investors in the event that the trading company goes bankrupt or go bust?

I had been liaising with a broker named 刘海明 who is supposedly working for the abovementioned financial company. I am not assured if the broker is licensed to represent the company in crude oil spot trading.

I just want a peace of mind to know that this company is indeed accredited and the broker is indeed working in the company before I proceed with the spot trading investment with this company.

I am also an amateur in crude oil spot trading. What are the risks involved?

Please advise me accordingly

WikiLeaks trove plunges Democrats into crisis on eve of Convention

WikiLeaks trove plunges Democrats into crisis on eve of Convention

Washington: On the eve of the convention at which Hillary Clinton is to be confirmed as presidential candidate, the Democratic Party has been plunged into crisis – the US media is brimful of ugly and embarrassing stories from within the party's head office, all based on 20,000 emails dropped on Friday evening by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks.

The correspondence seems to confirm allegations by the campaign of defeated Senator Bernie Sanders that the Democratic National Committee was actively rooting for Mrs Clinton to win, a revelation that will most likely serve as a wedge between the two camps and make it even more difficult for her to persuade Sanders voters to support her.

The emails also reveal plotting within the DNC to embarrass Republican candidate Donald Trump, including drafting a fake ad to recruit "hot women" to work for him.

Bad as this trove of emails is, it could presage something much worse. A brief introduction to the emails, that were released on Twitter with a link to a webpage, described them as "part one of our new Hillary Leaks series".

Naming key DNC officials, the introduction says how many of the emails came from each, including communications director Luis Miranda (10,770 emails), national finance director Jordon Kaplan (3797 emails), and finance chief of staff Scott Comer. The emails are dated through the five months to May 25, 2016.

Several of the emails address efforts to embarrass or to wrong-foot the Sanders campaign, which began almost as a non-event but surged with young voter support in particular to become a serious and determined challenger to Mrs Clinton.
