The company's Articles of Association does not allow interim dividend to be declared more than once in 6 months. It was a technical error to declare so many interim dividends in early 2012. So shareholders are unlikely to see similar frequent interim dividend in the future.
imho, the company should amend its AOA. There are listed companies giving out dividends every quarters (eg SGX). I am sure shareholders, especially retirees, welcome that.
maybe going to have a chinese new year surprise dividend.

hmmm? i dun tink the bonus share issue is important (actually i never understood whats the point of bonus share issue besides increasing liquidity)
but they did announce rather disappointing earnings.. and no Chinese New Year special dividend, nor did they make any positive sounding outlook, or comments on the new shareholder. Kinda expected that they wouldnt mention the new shareholder.. sigh...

Yes, agree, bonus share has no impact on the value of the company, but it has impact on share price

Yes I took a quick glance and saw some declining numbers.
I guess many are waiting for the bonus or special dividend news and this could be disappointing.

Only upside is...
