Actually their cash hoard is very high as well. They wouldnt have a problem paying their liabilities.
Tembusu is almost 86% sold and that will be a major profit generator for Wing tai in the next few quarters.
If this is not a long established company, having high cash and high debt is a red flag

- Revenue: $160.093m, down 28% from same period a year earlier
- Gross profit: $62.144m, down 33%
- Net profit: 24.163m, down 1%
