He wont up the offer. He will just buy through the market. And if the market drops, good for him. His dividend yield will be higher.

IF the Cheng fellows get his 15% unconditional buy, they will become the controlling shareholder (>50.1%).Will they still buy from the open market? If still buying, shall we follow suit? Or they just want to make sure no one can suddenly becomes the controlling shareholder except themselves? Wait and see lol!
i am not buying any now because my weighted average is only 99 cents (2008/2009 price). but i may start to buy more if Cheng Fellows continue to buy.
