I thought the acting CEO (CFO Ken Ho) & another ID went over to China during the CNY hoping to catch up with the missing CEO....missing due to the fact it was CNY & the holidays ended last Fri/Sat? Today is the third working day in China....

Ho is appointed interim CEO by the board which I assume there is something wrong with the company hence Ho is appointed to take charge.......

If Jordan Belfort is the wolf of wall street talking to client with the acts of Leonardo Dicaprio making the sales pitch make you want to puke, that could well be when you call Ken Ho is like. He would make it sound like the Co. is in good hands and everything is going on handy dandy with the cash in hand and the business of opening show room store is doing great in Shanghai! There is probably more patchwork than design going on here. He was willing to do the pitch that made it so forthcoming - and you're the sucker. Did he knew the Co. account was in trouble?
Yes I did commit substantial amount to what was a good deal but a check with TaBao on the subject of Eratat gave off sign of price being too high for its product and the alarm bell that followed from the bond deal where some pointed out it could well be that Mr Lin is in personal trouble? Dump it but too late for those stuck with this kind of Co. its hell from here? A potential RTO awaits - thats what nursing the wealth of this nation back takes? A nation of failed pennies!
As what the Edge report - Ken even denied ever talking about subject that the Edge previously reported. SIAS also issued favorable report but thesedays SIAS ( Securities Investors Association of Singapore), is distancing itself with so call Voyage following the bond issue.
Enough is enough, and most of us had been taken for a ride too long and too painful. Who is Mr Ken trying to fool? Promote him to CEO when as CFO he had lots of question to answer?
The immunity from prosecution on so many S Chip cases is what makes LA confidential seem so real and it makes you wonder how SIAS fit in if there was a movie on what is happening to SGX?
The future of Singapore would rest on the hands of those who are willing to challenge the law and right what had been wrong and really prosecute those that had made lots of money from all these suckers IPO! A whole chain gang of people need to be busted for crimes who made up these analyst report and audit of the Co.
