Juniper Hill is an exciting new condo launch in 2019. Juniper Hill is developed by Allgreen with it being the Bukit Timah Collection. It was formely known as Crystal Tower.

Juniper Hill condo is an exclusive development by Allgreen Properties. A tower block on a 12 storey building, consisting of 2-bedroom to 5-bedrooms. The most exciting part of the usual facilities is the sky garden for sky gazing and the concierge for the residents with different needs.

Juniper Hill showflat location is offsite in Tanglin Mall. People familar with the location will know it is a distance away but nevertheless, the development is well nestled in Ewe Boon Road, close proximity to Steven MRT interchange.

Juniper Hill prices is going to be a litmus test on the market with it being bought at land cost of $1,8xx psf. The breakeven price could be easily $3,100 - $3,200 psf.

RE: Juniper Hill Freehold by Allgreen in D9
It will be interesting to see the pricing for Juniper Hill by Allgreen, when the Juniper Hill showflat opens for sale.  Considering that Allgreen has already priced the 99 year leasehold Fourth Avenue Residences at around $2,200 to $2,300 PSF.  Based on its break-even cost of around $2,400 to 2,500 PSF for Juniper Hill, Allgreen could be aiming to price at around $2,800 PSF.

I doubt they can go higher than that.  Given that 8 St Thomas at River Valley just behind Orchard Road, is around $,2800 to $3,000 PSF.  And especially since Wilshire Residences at Farrer Road close to Holland Road and within a short drive to Orchard Road, is only asking around $,2500 PSF as well.  So Juniper Hill @ Bukit Timah, if it wishes to find buyers, will have to set a more realistic pricing level.
