If the deal is so good, North America would have tons of investors waiting. Come here for sale is crazy. Common sense.

"The CCAA entities have no direct relation to pre-development land projects owned by investors in Asia... The projects held by Asian investors (including Singapore investors) remain sound," it said in response to a Straits Times query.

It added that Walton Singapore will continue to operate in the normal course of business as what is happening to Walton Canada will not affect the Singapore investors.

I will be very surprised if the local investors will remain calm.
All will try all means to get out asap.

As for the "remain sound" part, it really needs lots of conviction and self-psycho to believe in that.

totally agreed! :O :O :O
the co. structure is way beyond comprehension, its a matter of time...

speaking of getting out, how does an investor hope to get out in the shortest time?? when they are stuck for such a long time??

common sense people! :O
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!
