Any website will list down the competitiors. For example, you enter Raffles Medical.
It will list down the Compeittors in Medical Service Sector.

What I would suggest is to obtain an initiation report on the Company you are looking at. These are reports which are comprehensive and look at many aspects of the Company (e.g. growth drivers, catalysts, risks, valuation etc). Most will also have a list of competitors, both local and regional/global.

You can ask your friendly broker for the research report, alternatively you can access this google public group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/...agesreport) to download reports from KE, RHB, CIMB, UOBKH and DBS. OCBC Investment Research has their own website so just do a search for it.
