11 Nov 2014 - 1HFY2015 -

EPS half year 0.49c
Net Cash level now 50% Mcap
NAV $0.2629

Business still lousy but mildly profitable as cost covered by some property and other income.

Hopefully Full year earnings enough to sustain div payout.

Hi guys,
a newbie to this forum (though not to value investing)
Was reading through this stock's FS and found an odd line in their cash flow statement without any accompanying financial notes.
It's called "Cash Restricted in Use Over 3 Months" under cashflows from Investing activities.
It's outflow jumped many times compared to last year, so just wondering if any of our VB folks here know what this line meant?

Believe that is their cash in some sort of short-term fixed deposit. If you check out the Annual Report there is a section under cash equivalents that says : Fixed deposits (maturity of over 3 months). So that looks like the cash put into FDs and classed as investing activities.

I'm not sure how sustainable the $0.01 dividend will be considering that sales is falling and cash is slowly being depleted. Probably ok for a short term play but certainly not for the long term.

haahaa thanks, coz I see yewkim's korean everyday on my tapatalk, so decided to make things more colourful with this "mermaid".

See if you can guess, she was born in 1981 and is in the top 10 richest in china..

Cigarbutt - good job managing to get some from weaker hands Big Grin Div yield is still quite decent at your entry price.
