True that.

Follow our govt trend of bending over in face of pressure from Gen K (k for kpkb).

MAS keeping tabs on private home loan trends

The Monetary Authority of Singapore says it will keep an eye on "credit practices of FIs (financial institutions) and data trends", and assess if last week's tenure reduction for bank loans for HDB flats should be extended to private home loans.

Whats so great about rental guarantees? They are basically giving you back your money paid for the property bit by bit.......
Ya lol! "A bird in your hand is worth two in the bush", always apply anytime.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

Very ulu leh....

Just checked Tree House, which is near by. TOP soon. Asking rent for a 2bd rm is as high as $3700. Will there be anyone who willing to pay such a rent for the location?

Yes! Location, location & location first before anything. Everything has its corresponding price.
Someone said no property should be vacant if agree to rent below market rental price. Is it true even for ulu place?

Centris location is still FAR FAR better than Tree House.

Tree House location is FAR FAR away from anywhere else. No eateries, no shop, no MRT, and only serviced by 2 SMRT Bus services.
