It seems to me that Management is trying their best to low-profile this cash cow.
After paying $7.6M debt, they still easily increasing over $10M in their cash hoard every year.

Yet, they try their best to keep the cash IN the company.
They can easily pay 2cents dividend but of course that is not the case.
So i reckon either 1 of below 2 is likely coming:
1. Ship(s) acquisition.
2. Low ball offer.

it's a Ow's co. so dividends are kept low. Smile
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

Just to highlight that share-buy backs has started, supporting the price @ 29.5cts... plenty of bullets to go, so general trending will be upwards....
however, note that its a Ow's co., so medium to long term holding required.

Latest quarter result is out!
This cashcow is really churning out alot of cash even after spending money on paying debts, buyback shares and paying (low) dividend.

They can effordlessly pay out double the current dividend (2cents).

Gross cash is now more than 8cent.
At this rate of cash accumulation, either new ship is coming or sooner or rather they have to dish out more to shareholders.
Ahh, but wait, can keep buying back shares then throw a lowball of privatisation??
Won't be surprised if the latter happens!

The ship owning business activities contributed USD31+Million or about 2/3 of the group total revenue.

Remaining USD16+Million revenue was contributed by the ship agency and logistics business activities. This ship agency and logistics is generally a people-intensive business in order to meet the demands of ship operator customers.

If someone could get the 20-30 years of charter contracts with more upfront cashflow, I wouldn’t mind paying him substantially. The revenue visibility is high.
Even when they don’t keen to share more with shareholders but more into expanding (buying more ships with Long term contract), so far they have done well in term of business performance.
