No. Sing Holdings cannot. Hafary is listed on Catalist while Sing Holdings is listed under the main board...so different set of rules....Why is why Aspial cannot do a split even though I believe they would love to but Maxi-cash could.......

Hafary is doing a STOCK SPLIT. Which is totally different from a bonus issue. One involves a change in the capital structure of the company and requires sufficient retained earnings to effect while the other is simply a mathematical change in the number of shares without affecting the capital structure.
