NOt sure if someone have already asked this question.

If I want annual reports of companies longer than 5 years, I understand that I can get it from the library.

I went to NLB catalogue, seem like the onlu library that have such records is the main library at victoria street, and they are for reference only.

Are they other sources?

I know shareinvestor have longer records of AR, but I do not really want to pay...

CHeapo i know... If any buddies know of anyway, please let me know

For paid websites e.g. shareinvestor, the info is readily available.

For FOC websites, you might want to try the service from your broker. I had tried POEMS's Stock Analytics, it provides the 10 years data, but it is updated much slower than paid ones.

You have to change the ticker [in bold] which is stated under their SGX website.

Dear experts,

Need some advice.
May I know when do we obtain our shares if my buy order is executed on Friday?
Let say if the stock dividend ex-date is on next Tuesday, will I get the dividend?

Many thanks in advance

Cheers

As long as the SGX still show CD on the date you make your purchase, you will get your dividends.

You can check the company announcement from SGX too, they gave the last record date too

I also understand that there is this settlement date is T+3, which means that my shares will considered mine on Wednesday?
Any advice will get the dividend?

Sorry folks,
May I know our SGX typical settlement cycle is T+2 or T+3?

As long as you buy on the day that the stock has a CD, you should have the dividend. But it is best to confirm in SGX under Corporate Action, because sometimes XD is not shown after CD expired.

2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.
