Just calculated in more detail,

When ST quit, shares he had = 250,091,524 = 83.36%
84% of 300 mil issued shares = 252 mil shares
Thus, additional shares required before disclosure = 1,908,476 shares
Total volume from 8 Jul to 11 Aug (inclusive) = 2,104,000 shares

If assume 50% of volume went to ST, then he's 856 lots away from disclosure.
If assume 70% of volume went to ST, then he's 436 lots away from disclosure.

Macau growth likely to continue. Even slower, also faster than SG and Msia.

MBT just crosses 84%. So MBT has been the buyer around 30 cents or more.

Wat kind of strange disclosure rule is this? Only need to state the transaction that caused % to cross whole number?

Interesting... why need to use another company to buy the shares?

As usual, smallcaps pointed out the devil in the details.

Using another company mean want to work around the 90% compulsory acq rule. Intention is clear and akan datang.

The whole number % rule is mainly for funds.

Then he win lor. He bend it like beckham. I also wonder how he decides when he holds 50% or 60% of the company. IIRC Branam Holdings was of the 60% structure.
